The Resource Centre is a local voluntary organisation formed 20 years ago by people living in the Caldicot area.
Elaine, the centre manager, has provided Benefits Advice at the Resource Centre for over ten years and is supported by a team of friendly volunteers.
Local solicitors generously give their time to support legal advice (by appointment).
A team of trained counsellors provide a service for those who need it, two days a week, at the centre.
