CAMPAIGN TO STOP FIELD FENCE OFF
A Caldicot man, Paul Driscoll, began a campaign to prevent a green area and footpath at the back of Castle Park Primary School being fenced off and incorporated into the school grounds. 

DANCING IN THE STREETS
Street dance classes have been launched by “The Zone” youth centre in Caldicot.

“ROGUE TRADER” CHARGED
A 29 year old man from Weston was arrested on suspicion of using illegal tactics while cold calling to sell garden services by failing to provide a quote and a ten day cooling off period.  He was released on bail pending further enquiries. Police warned residents to be beware of “unscrupulous tradesmen” in the area.  

HOUSE PRICE WATCH
The cheapest house advertised in the local press for sale in Caldicot at the end of November 2010 was, as in September and October , a one bedroom mid-link property in Stafford Road at £104,950. The most expensive was an “immaculate” four double bedroom detached house on Heol Towy at  £315,000
